Ezekiel Baraza is a born-again Christian with a passion for student and youth ministry with keen interest in scripture engagement, spiritual formation, leadership development and Biblical social transformation.
He is currently working as the Deputy National Director of the Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS) Kenya, the umbrella body that links and networks Christian Unions from universities and colleges in Kenya and Graduates involvement in church and society. He worked before as the Students Ministry Director, Discipleship and Leadership Coordinator, Missions and Evangelism Coordinator, Regional Coordinator and National Students Leader in the same organization. He is also a mentor serving in the Hesabika mentorship program for young professionals and the University of Nairobi Medical School Christian Union mentorship program for Christian Union leaders.

Ezekiel is a graduate of BSc. Computer Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Kenya. He is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Leadership at Pan African Christian University in Kenya majoring on Leadership in Christian Ministries.

Ezekiel is husband to Joy and father to 2 children – Daughter Miret, and Son Shisino.

He loves playing and watching soccer, reading, singing and is currently learning how to swim!
